How many people can be in a training?

The rate for the training is for one to five people from the same business or industry. We find that this gives the most time for questions and feedback specific to each participant.

Where does the training take place?

Most training sessions will take place on Zoom. Should you require in person training you would need to provide the location for the training and cover any costs for that. Travel to the venue is included within Durban. Travel further than Durban North, Westville or Umbilo will have to be quoted for. All COVID protocols will be followed for in-person training.

Do I need a computer for the training?

Yes. All our training is on technology, and we prefer to do hands on training. There will be a short element of theoretical training (usually 30-60 minutes), and the rest of the time will be teaching hands on practical work in the platform.

What if I need to Cancel/Reschedule?

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. If that is not possible, a small cancellation fee may be levied.

What topics can you cover?

We offer structured training on Mailchimp, Canva and Wordpress. We are able to assist with training on using Zoom and invoicing software. We offer practical training on Social Media platforms. We generally recommend keeping to one topic per training session, but if you have some questions about other platforms, we can assist with that in a single session.
