A Virtual Assistant is a remote assistant to a business owner. This means you work from your own location, for someone else's business. What you actually assist with is up to you. 

We'll show you how what you already know and do can be used to build your business. 

Yes absolutely! The wonderful thing about being virtual is that you can work with anyone, anywhere in the world. Your available time will coincide with someone who needs you then!

Nope! Most of the team has never worked as a secretary or personal assistant. You need to have a passion for service, and you need to be good at figuring stuff out for yourself. You can have worked in just about any industry to make it as a VA. 

It will, however, we will be focusing on the tools that are most common in the South African setting. We will also be training on how to work with international clients, and how to deal with the specifically South African complications of that. 

Anyone is welcome to take the course, but all financial and legal advice will be geared to the South African specific market. 

There are 12 main lessons. They release each week over the first 12 weeks that you are in the program. You have lifetime access to the lessons so that you can come back to them as and when you need to. 

The live Q&A sessions will tie into each week's lesson, but you get lifetime access to the recorded Q&A sessions from your course. 

Not at all. If you're reading this website, you're qualified to be a VA. Some experience with computers and technology is always beneficial, but there really isn't much formal education that you need for this work. 

You have access to all of us in the Facebook Group, where we will comment on posts in the group and give guidance wherever we can. We will not be available in messenger though. 

Platoon and Corps students have access to ask their questions live during the weekly Q&A sessions. Squad students can submit their questions to be answered. 

Corps students have access to the training team via Telegram and their three 1:1 sessions

The core lessons of the course will be kept up to date with the latest information around that topic. You will have access to any updated content, and as long as you remain on the email list, we will notify you when a topic updates. 

There isn't one. Once you have access to the course and Facebook Group you have already benefited from our training. 

On application, Platoon or Corps students can be downgraded to Squad membership, but there are no refunds for Squad membership.
